Vinnie started playing snooker aged 7 and soon came to success, winning a number of local tournaments. Vinnie also won every age group of junior Australian snooker tittles, from under 12's through to 21's. At the age of just 17 he had claimed the Australian National Mens Snooker Championship, becoming the youngest ever winner. Since 2006 he has been spending a lot of time in England, playing amatuer tournaments and practising with fellow Australian snooker professional Neil Robertson. However in 2013 he captured the Oceania Snooker Championships with a 6–5 victory over current Australian snooker professional Matthew Bolton to earn a two-year card.

SNOOKER HIGHLIGHTS:
  • 2005 Australian Mens Snooker Champion (youngest winner age 17)
  • in the IBSF 2010 world amatuer snooker championships held in Damascus, Syria. Complied 8 century breaks througout the championships. Also managed 3 century breaks in 4 frames to equal IBSF record for century breaks in a best of 7.
  • In 2013 whilst on the pro tour defeated current world number 1 and 2 times world champion Mark Selby 4/2 and went on to reach the last 16 of the 2013 Bluebell Wood Open, which was a world professional ranking snooker event.
  • 2013 & 2015 Oceania Champion (pro tour qualifier)
  • 2015 Representing Australia in "The World Cup of Snooker" 2 man team Partnering with good friend and country man Neil Robertson to reach the the last 8, narrowly losing to eventual winners China.
  • Winner of 15 Austrlaian National ranking events.

POOL HISTORY:
Vinnie was always predominantly a snooker player. But growing up in his family snoooker and pool hall, he dabbled on the pool table, from playing customers for fun aswell playing a few local pool tournamnts when it didn't clash with his snooker. In 2011 entering his first Australia 9Ball Championships and came away with the tittle. Even though Vinnie seldom played pool he still managed to capture many state tittles in all deciplines to current date (8-9-10ball) In the past 12 months Vinnie has focused solely on pool and has produce some great victories and notable results.

July 2017 Vinnie traveled to Las Vegas to compete in his first bout of international champioships. Participating in BCAPL Nationals, capturing the "Gold Division Mixed Scotch Doubles 8-Ball" and finsihing 7th in the "Pro 10 Ball Challange" Also taking part in the "US OPEN 8 BALL" managed a 5th place finish

He is well traveled and experienced in International business, especially Northern Europe and the Asian Region. He has over 35 years of Executive Management experience in corporations with several hundred employees.
